It is manufactured in several thicknesses starting from 20 - 150mm, it is mattresses made of mineral fibre density 90 kg/m³ -120kg/m³ enclosed in a double side silicone coated woven glass cloth in patterns are pre-designed for easy assembling to avoid the sensitive instruments of the burner and flame observations.
The mattresses are sewn with high temperature resistance sewing threads made from Stainless Steel, stitching and secured with NOMEX ARAMIDE VELCRO, and additional securing by woven glass fibre straps and buckles where necessary.
Each part of one set of the insulation, is clearly identified with a label detailing burner reference number and letters like A,B,C etc, according to the pieces completing a set for easy installation.
